NitiResearch is an Indian political election PR and campaign management firm. We handle the whole arc of a campaign — research, strategy, outreach and polling-day operations — as one continuous job.
Campaigns are won in the booth, not in the studio. So our work starts at the booth level — voter lists checked, sentiment sampled, issues mapped — and stays there: plans written booth by booth, volunteers assigned booth by booth, turnout tracked booth by booth.
We keep the machine running through the whole cycle: organisation, booth management, volunteer structure, compliance and expense tracking. Operational discipline first — everything else follows.

Field Survey Officer
Conducts booth-level surveys and voter interviews, and records clean data.

Owns the constituency plan end to end — team, calendars, expenses and reporting.
